A superb antique signal box pegging block insrument from the Midland Railway Company, originally used by signalmen to continously control the flow of traffic up and down the line, allowing only one train on each block of track at any one time. Stamped MRCo to the top. 49cm high x 28cm wide. A superb piece of British railway history in excellent, carefully restored condition.
