Vintage Chicago Transit Cta Train Car Roll Sign Box Pullman Standard 2000-Series

Vintage Chicago Transit Subway/L Roll Si gn Box. From a long-gone 2000-series train car built by Pullman-Standard in 1964. Measures 32 inches across by 11 3/4 inches tall by 3 1/2 inches in depth.

Rollers inside the box measure 22 3/4 inches in length. Condition as shown in photos. Please note the roll sign box apparatus is electric, and is disabled. So a roll sign cannot be turned unless the roll sign box gets wired for electric use.
