I'm guessing 1940's but could be 1950's etc. I didn't clean the finish at all (as you can see there is dust spot stains etc). Measures 14" x 6" x 6.5.

I don't have any history on the box. Exterior paint shows obvious wear in places including rust, dents, dings, scratches and other blemishes and wear. See photos for condition details. I don't have a way to arrange for a local pick-up of this item, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
