Super-sized, limited-edition Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance dash plaque from 2003, featuring a stylized 1930s Bugatti against an equally stylized and colorful golf course background that suggests the car's placement at the 18th hole at Pebble Beach. Heavy pewter made by Pur Sang of Argentina, presented to a Concours entrant. Numbered in a series of 1,100.
This is a uniquely styled pewter dash plaque with fantastic relief, as the car is raised above the golf course in the background. We have tried to capture this relief in the photos-it is quite striking.
Colorful enameled insets on the car and golf course. Well executed by the fine folks at Pur Sang.This would make a fantastic paperweight if you want to keep it outside the leather-covered presentation box with plush insert. Headliner is printed with the Concours logo, with "Participant" below it. Dash plaque measures approximately 5" x 3" (13 x 8cm). In excellent, very clean condition.
Leather presentation case measures 7 1/4" x 7 1/4" x 1 1/4 (18 x 18 x 3cm). Case is very clean and straight, with a scratch on the lid of the box, as shown in the last photo.
