Antique Large Cast Copper Railroad Rack Shelf or Architectural Window Box 36

Not entirely certain if a railroad piece or architectural. It is certainly functional as an interior or exterior piece.

All support members of cast copper, pinned into 3 copper tubes. Tubes are reinforced with steel rod & threaded ball form caps. End Brackets with scroll decorations. Offset center support is triangular & has angle brace as shown. Appears to have a lacquered finish exterior architectural?

Very well made, apparently unmarked but for III X on center bracket. Measures 36-3/8 in overall length. Measures 5 inside height at back.

Protrusion from wall at 9-3/4. Mounting brackets centerline from left at 0, 19-3/4", 34".

Each bracket with 4-1/2 between upper/lower mount holes. A heavy piece at 10-1/2 pounds. Overall condition is very good.
