LGB 2051 (A) German Federal Railways (DB) Twin Diesel Locomotive NR Orig Box

For your consideration is an LGB 2051 (A) twin diesel locomotive of the German federal railways (DB). This engine is the first or (A) version of the series. The body is maroon (or cranberry) in color. I have included a photograph of the 2051 description in the official guide to LGB by Bob Roth and Decker Doggett, on page 58. I have tested the engine: it runs perfectly and the Directional lighting functions correctly. This nice diesel locomotive has been run very gently indoors. For the past 40 years it has been sitting happily in its original box in my temperature and humidity controlled train room. I dont have pets and my home is smoke-free. Nothing is missing or broken. An instruction sheet is included. It will be well packed for the Christmas rush. The locomotive will come in its original box. It will fit nicely in a 24 x 8 x 11 outer cardboard carton and will weigh 9 pounds.
