Lionel 6-8101 O Gauge Chicago & Alton 4-6-4 Steam Locomotive & Tender/Box

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. One of the rear locomotive wheel-sets is loosely mounted. There are visible signs of pitting in the steam chests and a few other areas of the locomotive body. The overall appearance of this model may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. Both the locomotive and tender show scratches, nicks, scuffs, and wheel wear from prior use. The previous owner etched a number into tender underframe. The instruction manual is included.

Here is a Lionel 6-8101 Chicago and Alton 4-6-4 Hudson Steam Locomotive and Tender. This engine headed up the Alton Limited Red Train set from that year.
