Vintage (1960s) Smiths Motor Watch dashboard watch - MIB / Unused. Super quality, vintage, British made Smiths watch from the late 1960s (1967, I believe).
This is a beautiful, quality timepiece - an essential item for either a motoring enthusiast perfect finishing touch for your Mini, E-Type, Interceptor etc. Chrome case, black face with luminous numerals and hands. Watch itself is approximately 5cm diameter. It is magnetic - there is a magnet on reverse of watch (with mounting plate & screw) to allow for mounting on dashboard. This item has never been used, and it comes complete in its original plastic bag and box and with the original guarantee and fitting instructions.As you can see from the photographs, it is in lovely / near factory fresh condition. I have given the watch a small wind to check all is working as it should, and it appears to be working exactly as intended. I believe it was bought / given in the 1960s as a gift for a relative, then put away in a drawer where it was forgotten about for 50+ years.
