Vintage N gauge Bachmann TGV French Passenger Train Set with track in box. I bought this set back in the early 90's from Hobby Craft to use as a "forced perspective" background for my operating HO train layout. So it was out of the box for a time on display, but not run. A couple years later I dismantled that layout and this set went back into its box. I took it out to photograph and double check that everything is still there- the track, the powerpack, engines, cars, and coupler-bogeys. Like new condition, but I have not reassembled the train to run it. As I recall, the coupler bogeys have a rubber ring that grips the ends of the cars when you push them together, and while it was pretty easy to put them together it required care to disassemble them safely. The front of the box has a couple of scotch tape blemishes on its face- for some reason Bachmann chose not to put cellophane over the train cars, so I taped the cover down when I put it away, sorry about that.
