It is a vintage, prewar, Hawthorne deluxe Flyer Moto bike/bicycle Hanging tool box tank. The door and latches work fine.

It's 21 1/8" long, 2 1/2" tall, 3/8" to 1/2" lip on the bottom of the tank so it will fit a 2 1/8 opening. Want to restore that old bike. This might be just what you need! Please check out all photos, ask questions if you.
