Western Electric railroad telephone/telegraph dynamo in box tested & works

This is a oak box containing a dynamo for powering telegraph/telephone lines along railroad routes back in the day early 1900's? Box is in good shape for its age. The dynamo mechanism cranks and works just fine. I don't have equipment to measure the electrical output, but I did attach a small light bulb to the terminals in the box with wire, and the bulb lit up brightly when the crank handle was turned--so it is producing power. Makes a great conversation piece as well.
